Women’s March San Francisco
A moment that has become a movement … we are creating a grassroots network with dispersed leadership. No single characteristic or affiliation defines us other than the decision to work beyond our roles and to do hard work to make the world better for those who’re actively under threat. Over 100K people in San Francisco, 240K in the Bay Area, 1.1M in California and 5M across the country came together and marched in solidarity for the protection of our rights, our safety, our health and our families – recognizing that our vibrant and diverse communities are the strength of our country. Now the work begins!
On January 20, 2018, Women’s March San Francisco will unite along with multiple other cities in California to reaffirm our commitment to building a positive and just future for all, and to celebrate the spirit of resistance efforts over the past year. This rally is designed to engage and empower all people to support women’s rights, human rights, social and environmental justice, and to encourage participation in 2018 midterm elections.
